Key Responsibilities:
Manage the total on site scope of works relating to new and revamp store builds across all TFG Trading Divisions Manage and coordinate the full delivery of store on site build including visual display requirements and all related suppliers and/or contractors Forecast, manage and reconcile budget allocated on new and revamp store builds. Source, negotiate and manage on-site suppliers and contractors. Manage all related TFG requirements to Landlord/Developers and negotiate to the benefit of TFG requirements. The ability to conceptualize store designs from CAD drawings of store design concepts.Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant 3-year qualification – Architectural / Project Management Minimum of 3-5 years of Project Management Experience or Retail Ops experience Experience with SAP, MS Projects and MS Excel.Skills:
Reconciliation and Analysis Strong computer skills with good working knowledge Attention to detail Time management Planning skills Accounting and Reporting Cash Management Financial Risk Management Excellent project management skills Strong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment with senior executives Ability to draft commentary, analyse information to establish key messages, present information both visually and writtenBehaviours:
