Then come and join our global team as Project Manager Climate Strategy (f/m/d) to lead cross-functional projects to drive the implementation of Siemens Healthineers’ climate strategy and contribute to achieving our ambitious climate targets. Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

As part of the climate strategy team, you are responsible to drive cross-functional climate-related projects to ensure successful implementation of Siemens Healthineers’ climate strategy.You collaborate internally across functions, regions, and businesses to ensure target achievement and ensure that climate action is driven holistically.You manage internal and external climate-related communication to promote transparency and engagement with stakeholders.You stay updated on market trends, latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices to provide strategic impulses to the corporate climate strategy.You collect and use data to create transparency and enable decision-making while integrating workflows for auditing and controlling.

Your qualifications and experience:

You have a university degree in (environmental) engineering, science, economics or similar.You have many years of professional experience in project management and successfully leading complex projects within a matrix organization in an international environment.You have demonstrated stakeholder management expertise.You have a strong background in data management, ideally with experience in greenhouse gas emissions data.Experience and expertise in climate change mitigation, adaptation, or a related field such as energy management is preferred.You are fluent in English. German language skills are an advantage.
