We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager - CLIENT CHANGE ONBOARDING TKH.

Principal responsibilities

To manage the overall project analysis, gathering requirement from client/internal stakeholders and work with business/ IT counterparts/client to drive the project as planned. Ensure the integration of all business functions to enable operational/ business readiness in the delivery of the solution.Manage the project in accordance with the HSBC Project Governance, Methods, competencies and change management frameworks.Develop and baseline a detailed project plan to support required deliverables, activities, resource allocations and project interdependencies.Project definition and business case development (scope, objectives, dependencies, Costs, assumptions, acceptance criteria, issues and risks) and approvals.Drive the optimized solution decision making process relating to core business applications to adapt the new requirement from client and the business.To take the lead to drive change transition support to client during project guarantee period;To accurately reflects enhancement items status at all times, with recovery plans clearly documented/communicated as appropriate.Regular communication with stakeholders and proactively update.
