Qualitest is looking for a Project Manager for a project related to AI Data Services in Kirkland, WA (onsite) to join our growing team.

 

Job's Overview:

Qualitest is looking for a Project Manager for multiple projects with our Client. The main function of a project manager is to support the client project manager and project teams on a project. They ensure that no resources are being allocated to unnecessary tasks and that all aspects of the project are completed as quickly as possible. In this role the candidate will be working with multiple technology teams to build AR/VR products.

 

Responsibilities:

Establish and assemble project teams, coordinating all project related activities. Develop detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, project tracking, and analysis. Perform economic and other analyses to achieve cost-effective solutions. Manage critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience. Setup and maintain project dashboards. Setup and maintain project wiki and documentation. Track project metrics (operational, KPIs, etc.) and report on them. Ensure compliance with ethical considerations and regulatory requirements related to AI.

 

Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with project management tools and computer applications, such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in using data analytics to drive project decisions and measure success. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.

 
Education/Experience:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent training required. Experience delivering tech programs/projects (hardware or software) from inception to delivery.

 
Nice-to have experience:

Setup and maintain project dashboards. Setup and maintain project wiki and documentation. Track project metrics (operational, KPIs, etc.) and report on them.

 

Must Haves:
1) 2+ years exp in project management for AI projects 
2) Strong data analytics and tracking capabilities
3) Experience building processes within PMO organizations
