Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and maintain timelines for a comprehensive project involving demolition, construction, equipment transition, and installation from external suppliers. The successful candidate will function as a liaison between various departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
ResponsibilitiesMaintain and communicate timelines for the full project, including demolition, construction, equipment transition from existing production environments, equipment receipt and installation from external suppliers, and all equipment validation and verifications.Develop full inventory build plans for existing equipment moves.Adjust timelines based on changes due to delays, improvements, or other reasons.Plan and coordinate physical movements of equipment.Serve as a liaison between Construction, Daily Operations, Engineering, and the Planning teams.Attend construction update meetings in person or via remote link to ensure alignment.Establish and maintain communication between Construction and Daily Operations.Work with Planning and Daily Operations teams to create inventory build plans.Track financial aspects of the project.Essential Skills5 years of project management experience.Strong organizational skills.Strong communication skills.Technical experience to understand manufacturing processes, capital equipment, and plant layout.Previous manufacturing engineering or process engineering experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree preferred but not required.Work Environment
The position requires onsite presence 5 days a week to assist with plant layout and other related activities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $62.50/hr.
