Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Service division in Zagreb.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tManage small and larger-scale projects, in addition to assisting and advising the Sales team with regard to the preparation of quotes.•\tLeading projects with clear guidelines, tasks and milestones, while motivating and providing feedback.•\tManaging all aspects of the project to agreed-upon customer requirements and ensuring all technical, safety, quality and financial targets are met.•\tAnalyze customer inquiries and provides technical and commercial support for quotations as well as other documents Manages customer contracts in all technical and commercial aspects.•\tOverseeing the development of project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule, risk management and health, safety and the environment. Selecting and placing orders with the group's factories and external suppliers or subcontractors.•\tCoordinating contract negotiation and claims with customers, in collaboration with the Supply Chain and Legal functions. Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders You will join a high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role

You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. You have at least 3 years of Project management experience Good facilitator and negotiator, display integrity, and open attitude, ability to influence people, building trust and credibility You should have experience and knowledge of Medium Voltage and Low Voltage systems and solutions Skills like strong learning ability, customer orientation, good sense of responsibility and personal integrity are required. Result driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills and be good at teamwork Knowledge of MS Project and SAP would be an asset Communicate fluently in both Croatian and English. You hold a valid State Exam Availability to travel with a valid driving license
