Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial, ground-up school projects ranging from $40 million to $200 million. This role primarily involves managing the project on site, handling all RFIs, submittals, change orders, and budgets, and dealing with scheduling and financial aspects. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading general contractor in the DC area.

The work environment will vary between on-site and office settings depending on the weekly job schedule.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
This will be a 3 step interview process. The first interview will be with the HR Director, Kea Magoh, ensuring that the candidate checks all the HR boxes. The second interview will be with the direct hiring manager for the team (VP of that specific team). The final interview will be a meet and greet with the MCN team in their office in DC.
