Job Description
Our Project Managers are responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of commercial/industrial construction projects to ensure that the project is built on time, within budget, and according to design and specifications. A typical day for our Project Managers consists of developing and maintaining project budget, schedules, and cost control by actively tracking each aspect of project performance. Completing subcontracts and purchase orders, monitoring and approving vendor and subcontractor invoices, developing and processing monthly pay applications, and submitting and reviewing change orders are all necessary functions as well. This role requires continual open communication with clients, the design team, field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project budget, schedules, and cost control.Track each aspect of project performance actively.Complete subcontracts and purchase orders.Monitor and approve vendor and subcontractor invoices.Develop and process monthly pay applications.Submit and review change orders.Facilitate open communication with clients, design team, field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in construction management, project management, commercial construction, or industrial construction.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.Experience leading projects independently.Experience with 1-5 million+ dollar ground-up projects.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Vista, P6 Scheduling, Timberline estimating, and Procore.Valid state-issued driver’s license and good driving record.Additional Skills & QualificationsExceptional organizational, time management, and decision-making/problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive client focus.Must have a resume and project list.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $44.71 - $62.50/hr.
