We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Java FFMPEG and Cloud CDN along with domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech. Responsibilities • Lead project planning sessions to ensure all technical and domain requirements are clearly defined and understood • Oversee the development and implementation of project plans ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team leveraging expertise in Java FFMPEG and Cloud CDN • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components • Communicate project status updates and any changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner • Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the specified timeframe • Facilitate regular project meetings ensuring all team members are informed and aligned on project goals and tasks • Manage project budgets ensuring all expenses are tracked and within the allocated budget • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance project management capabilities Qualifications • Demonstrate strong technical skills in Java FFMPEG and Cloud CDN • Exhibit domain expertise in ISV and Hi-Tech industries • Possess excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery • Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams • Display the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail • Demonstrate proficiency in project management tools and methodologies • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically • Possess a proactive and adaptable approach to managing changing project requirements • Showcase the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively • Exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and professional development • Possess a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in project management • Showcase the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals and objectives. • ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST • Location: Guadalajara, CDMX or Monterrey Why Cognizant?
