Project Manager City Ciudad de Mexico State/Province Distrito Federal Overview:

Leadership team and project teams on the delivery of program/projects.  Manages the day-to-day tasks of a set of projects. This is a hybrid job opportunity located at Santa Fe, CDMX, working at the office 3 days and 2 from home (Tuesday and Friday).

Responsibilities: Leads and facilitates project meetings and presentations to project team and Steering CommitteesActively Manages projects driving Scope and TimelinesUses available CE tools/software - MS Teams, ADO/Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, SAP, Outlook scheduling, Visio, other MS Office applications to create project documentation and reports.Works to balance competing constraints on the project with the available resources and prioritization.Provides a concrete set of deliverables, services, or results. Accountable for project budget (CAPEX and OPEX)Manages short-term projects with definitive timelines that formally close upon completion. Focuses on tactical and technical details. Reports and monitors costs at project level, forecasts, accruals, invoice payments, coordinate procurement and contracting activities. Uses CE financial tools: SAP and ServiceNow to generate reports.Measured by deliverables and project quality, timeliness, budget compliance and degree of customer satisfaction.Ability to work both as scrum master and/or project manager depending on project needs. Waterfall & Agile methodologies Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

+5 years of experience as a project managerAgile and Waterfall methodologiesMust be able to work with Network/Infra architects or application architects and owners to layout the project timelines and deliverables.Strong Analytical skills Needs good communication skills (Executive Summaries, PPT, Steer. Co presence)Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Able to Project manage parallel activities from site to siteAdvanced English
