What you can look forward to as Project Manager (m/f/d): Management of general projects / sub-projects with a certain complexity with application of agile principles, and best practice project management methods and tools (e.g. business process Rollouts; IT infrastructure implementations etc.)  Lead (interdisciplinary) project teams and ensuring their effectiveness incl. requesting and securing team resources e.g. IT specialists, Process Experts etc. Elaborate a project plan in alignment with the project goals and perform cross-departmental planning  Management of project scope, time, budget, contracting and quality (incl. risks, resolving problems / issues, change request management) according to relevant standards (e.g. DCM…..) Report & escalate to decision makers, manage communication and knowledge transfer with stakeholders & working groups, incl. organize and prepare for meetings, gate reviews, decisions  Participate in business planning activities to ensure proper Portfolio Management on Risk, Time, Quality, Capacity etc. to achieving business goals and objectives.  Support development, improvement, and maintenance of project policies, standards, and guidelines by anticipating future trends and methodologies. Your Profile as Project Manager (m/f/d): Successfully completed university studies in the field of Information Technology, industrial engineering, business informatics, computer science or comparable subjects 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management and project & portfolio management in internationally operating companies in complex organizational structures Professional experience in the implementation of ERP projects desirable Successes in leading project teams and in international stakeholder management Industry experience in the automotive sector is an advantage Working proficiency in English is a must, and in German is beneficial Good communication skills and team orientation, motivated and pro-active working Translates complex contexts into simple messages and visual representation  Why you should choose ZF in Debrecen?
