About the role 

 

Bring your current projects experience and grow your management career within RMP West.

 

Based onsite at Henderson, WA you will be responsible for day-to-day management of the project(s) and must be able to show competency in managing key aspects of a project i.e., safety, scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality and resources to achieve a project's agreed objectives. You will be accountable for the quality and effectiveness of the project management services being provided by the Integrated Project Team (IPT).

 

You will provide leadership, planning and oversight throughout the project lifecycle. Working with the production team and external stakeholders you will oversee the financial, schedule and quality outcomes to ensure the External Maintenance Periods (EMPs) are planned and executed to deliver the project objectives within the stipulated constraints and available resources.

 

About you 

 

As a dedicated project management professional, you will have the ability to make robust judgement decisions, effective manage conflicting schedules and deadlines, whilst communicating effectively with all levels internal and external from the business. You will thrive in a complex setting and be able to deliver exceptional service at every interaction.

 

You will have a depth of project management experience within defence / marine projects of a similar complexity, and awareness of lifecycle requirements.

 

To be successful ideally you will have:

 

Australian Citizen with active Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain and maintain) Previous project management level experience within the defence or marine environment Qualification in management, engineering, project management or equivalent experience Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to negotiate with all level of stakeholders
