Project Manager
**Overview** PROJECT MANAGER (PRPD-2025-22579): Bowhead seeks aProject Manager for the HIDTA/FURA contract. The Project Manager must have a solid background in project and team management, with expertise in various aspects ofgeneral maintenance and repair of Hull, Mechanical and Electrical systems installed on law enforcement vessels. The effort willsupport the maintenance and repair of all Government vessels assigned to the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) ,Joint Forces of Rapid Action Fuerzas Unidas de Rapida Acción (FURA) with offices in San Juan and Ponce. **Responsibilities** Job duties will include but are not limited to: + Provide technical direction and guidance to Outboard Mechanics, Painters and Admin Assistant + Lead and oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously + Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals + Ensure quality management through the formulation and enforcement of work standards + Perform general maintenance on Hull, Mechanical and Electrical vessel systems. + Monitor the repairs and installation conducted on all vessels. + Produce monthly maintenance metrics + Prepare quarterly Project Management review for presentation to the Customer and Bowhead Leadership + Ensure all contract deliverables are completed and submitted on time Why Bowhead? + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Career growth and professional development opportunities. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree preferred but not Required. + Five plus (5+) years of relevant professional experience leading a team of marine vessel maintenance professionals. + Experience with administrative oversight of contractual matters and serving as a liaison between the Customer Representative and corporate management preferred. + Experience managing services simultaneously while supporting many projects. + Experience organizing resources to support many concurrent activities. + Experience ensuring that all activities conform to the terms and conditions of the contract. + A minimum of five (5) years of successful (related) experience and performance in a military or civilian workforce preferred + Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint + Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts + Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance if required. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
