The Restaurant Services Project Manager role supports the organization by driving new business opportunities in the Restaurant Services division. As a Strategic Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving key initiatives forward, leveraging your expertise to align projects with organizational objectives. Leading cross-functional teams, you'll navigate complexities, ensuring seamless execution and delivering outcomes that fuel business growth and foster innovation. Key Responsibilities: + Works with and motivates the team to achieve the project time lines and objectives + Defines project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders + Develops full-scale project plans and associated project documents including resource needs + Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations; liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis + Defines project success criteria and disseminates them to involved parties throughout project life cycle + Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion and manages those expectations on an on-going basis + Builds, develops, and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project + Manages the project budget + Determines and assesses the need for additional staff and make recommendations as appropriate during project cycle + Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team + Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path + Proactively manages changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devises contingency plans + Conducts the project post mortem and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements + Assists in developing best practices and tools for project execution and management Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience + Three years of experience managing enterprise projects + Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs and Microsoft Project + Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a positive, can-do attitude + Ability to work well under pressure as a key member of a fast paced team + Superb oral and written communication skills + Travel as needed (less than 10%) Apply to Restaurant Associates today!
