This is a contingent position based upon contract award MEEP Liaison (AFGSC) Overview: The contractor will provide AFGSC operational expertise to SAF/IEN, supporting the Mission Execution Excellence Program (MEEP). This role can be performed remotely with periodic onsite visits to Minot AFB, ND initially, with travel to additional AFGSC locations expected in future years. The contractor will assist in program implementation, evaluation, data collection, oversight, and administration of MEEP with their assigned AFGSC units. Key Responsibilities: + Project Management: + Serve as the primary point of contact at the Wing for both MEEP implementation/oversight and as the Liaison to AF Operational Energy (SAF/IEN). + Facilitate implementation of the program at the Squadron-level, while coordinating with Group, and Wing Leadership on program guidance, advocacy, and adoption. + Coordinate with the Wing to develop a digital fuel data logging process emphasizing capture of quality data while minimizing the burden placed on Airmen. + Conduct training, strategic engagement, and education of operational energy principles through engagements with Airmen. + Capture and analyze aviation metrics to identify best practices for energy efficiency. + Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather data on operator compliance and improve data reporting. + Collaborate with the Wing Innovation Cell to identify and fund energy-saving solutions that support base initiatives or enhance mission capability. + Provide detailed updates through meetings, presentations, and consolidate feedback for continuous program improvement. + Standard 40 hours per week Travel up to approximately 25% to regionally assigned Air Force units. + Contractor will report directly to MEEP Program Management for all contracted duties with oversight of SAF/IEN Government Leadership Qualifications: Required: + Experience: + Air Force Global Strike Command operations, either as a fixed wing aircrew member or in a support role. (B-52 experience is preferred). + Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior DoD leaders. + Clearance: US citizenship and eligibility for a DoD/Secret clearance. + Education: Bachelor’s Degree Desired: + Experience: DoD acquisitions is preferred. + Education: Master’s Degree + Clearance: Secret + Team Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative environment. + Continuous Improvement: Commitment to ongoing professional development and innovation.
