Responsibilities: + Supervising and leading multiple projects at the site + Managing the project team and delegating tasks + Ensuring project milestones are met on time + Conducting team and planning meetings + Liaising with executives and other departments and providing reports on project progress as required on a weekly basis + Ensuring project timeline and budget are adhered to + Managing project documentation + Optimising processes and conducting team-building activities Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills: + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Business field and 8 years of experience.  + Knowledge in Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices.  + PMP Certification Preferred + Fully Bilingual + Over five (5) years of Demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the oral solid dosage operational environment + Strong project management background within, for example, production, engineering, validation or quality; with a solid understanding of manufactured dosage forms + MS Office and Microsoft Project knowledge and skills is a must.
