Responsibilities:

Supervising and leading multiple projects at the siteManaging the project team and delegating tasksEnsuring project milestones are met on timeConducting team and planning meetingsLiaising with executives and other departments and providing reports on project progress as required on a weekly basisEnsuring project timeline and budget are adhered toManaging project documentationOptimising processes and conducting team-building activities

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Business field and 8 years of experience. Knowledge in Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices. PMP Certification PreferredFully BilingualOver five (5) years of Demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the oral solid dosage operational environmentStrong project management background within, for example, production, engineering, validation or quality; with a solid understanding of manufactured dosage formsMS Office and Microsoft Project knowledge and skills is a must.
