Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced IT professional to act as project and service manager for Quality and/or Environment Management. You will be responsible for consulting our business partners, leading global projects, supporting running projects and introduce new applications. This role will work closely with Quality, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and utilization of the systems and applications besides SAP software solutions as an essential part of all our business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven knowledge of processes in Quality and/or Environmental ManagementProficiency in configuring and troubleshooting of IT applications, as well as experience working on related projectsDevelop and maintain relationships with system vendors, partners, and stakeholders.Provide guidance and support to system users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standardsDevelop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, training materials, and technical documentationQualificationsUniversity Degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Business Informatics or similar educational backgroundSeveral years of work experience in IT Service or Project ManagementProfound knowledge and experience in Service Management e.g. as Service Owner or Application OwnerProfound project management skillsExperience in managing external service providersExpertise and passion in knowledge and information managementTechnical knowledge and experience with a common, modern programming language is an advantageAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlinesVery good negotiation skills and ability to find workable solutions for all stakeholdersIndependent, structured, results- and customer-oriented work methodExcellent communication and moderation skillsFluent Business English (written and spoken) Willingness to travel internationallyAdditional Information
