Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry Experience in upmarket residential construction is essential Relevant Tertiary Qualification is advantageous Proven ability to manage contractors | subcontractors | site teams Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients | architects | suppliers Valid driver’s license required Contactable references and recent payslips must be provided Salary Structure:
Basic Salary negotiable based on experience
