Description We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Project Manager, with a focus on Telecom Services, to join our team based in Powell, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing applications, and resolving inquiries. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee telecom projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget • Utilize Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management • Implement and manage Cisco Technologies to support telecom services • Leverage Cloud Technologies for efficient project execution and data management • Utilize CRM and ERP systems for effective resource planning and customer relationship management • Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to manage the project lifecycle • Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability • Implement Change Management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project execution • Conduct AB Testing to evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements • Utilize the 'About Time' tool for effective time tracking and management in projects. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Management role within the Telecom Services industry. • Proficient in using Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking. • Demonstrated expertise in Cisco Technologies, including hardware and software. • Well-versed with Cloud Technologies and their implementation in project management. • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. • Strong understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems. • Familiarity with About Time software for efficient project time tracking. • Experience in AB Testing and its application in project management. • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology and its application in managing telecom projects. • Proven experience in managing budget processes within a project lifecycle. • Strong skills in Change Management, with the ability to lead teams through transitions.
