Job Description
• Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, manage financial risks, and ensure projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on project status, including progress reports, budget forecasts, and risk assessments.
Must Have
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Commercial and Industrial Project experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineer preferred
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $48.08/hr.
