Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely deliveryDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and key milestonesMonitor project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet deadlines and business objectivesEnsure that all project phases—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—are effectively managed2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Act as the main point of contact between project teams and stakeholders.Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to leadershipCommunicate project goals, expectations, and changes effectively to all team membersFoster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and successful execution3. Risk & Issue Management
Identify, track, and proactively mitigate project risks and issuesDevelop contingency plans to minimize potential roadblocksEscalate critical issues to senior leadership and recommend solutions4. Budget & Resource Management
Track and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plansOptimize resource allocation, balancing team workloads efficientlyCollaborate with department heads to ensure the right resources are assigned to projects5. Process Improvement & Best Practices
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project executionContribute to standardizing project management best practices within the PMOSupport the adoption of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestonesAnalyze project data and trends to drive process improvementsConduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned7. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Guide and support project teams, fostering a productive work environmentEncourage collaboration, accountability, and a solution-oriented mindsetLead team meetings and status updates to ensure alignment and progressQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field4-7 years of experience in project management, leading cross-functional projectsKnowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, etc.)Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in risk management, budgeting, and resource planningProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platformsPMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferredExperience in process improvement, change management, or organizational transformation projects is preferredPrevious experience leading high-profile strategic initiatives is preferredAxos Employee Benefits May Include:
