Our client requires a project manager to ensure streamlining processes and improving efficiencies in health systems across Manitoba, plus integration of patient-centred clinical and preventive health services for centralized administrative and business functions. Responsibilities include driving strategic and sustainable outcomes, enabling the work of partner service delivery organizations, and providing centralized project functions
Services will be performed remotely within Canada.

Mandatory RequirementsRequirements Include:
Bachelor of Science degree. (Pass/Fail) Project Management certification. (Pass/Fail) ProSci Change Management certification. (Pass/Fail) Values Based Healthcare training. 10 years’ experience providing project management of clinical project planning and delivery in hospital redevelopment projects. 10 years’ experience leading complex clinical or healthcare infrastructure projects. 10 years’ experience of senior level project delivery, including reporting to and advising senior level organizational and government leaders. 3 years’ experience engaging with Indigenous stakeholders and rightsholder in healthcare-related planning and communications. 5 years’ experience delivering patient and provider journey mapping. 3 years’ experience in strategic planning, master site planning, service design. 5 years’ experience implementing technology solutions in healthcare environments.Job Posting ID: 56061
