Our client requires a Project Manager to manage and control of all aspects of the project throughout all phases of its life cycle to achieve prescribed objectives. The Project Manager will lead and manage the efforts of the Project Team to achieve the objectives of the project to meet project requirements. The Project Manager is expected to work competently using several project management methodologies including but not limited to waterfall, agile and hybrid

Ability to pass criminal record check is required. Enhanced background check may be required for certain projects.

Work is onsite in Winnipeg.

Mandatory Requirements Minimum of ten (10) + years of experience managing Information Technology projects Valid PMP Certification or Prince2 Practitioner certification Expertise in project lifecycles, and project planning including Resource, cost, and schedule estimation Experience developing business cases Experience planning and managing projects in a Public Sector organization Experience managing multiple projects concurrently Excellent interpersonal and listening skills Strong facilitation skills Strong analysis and problem resolution skills Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
