As a Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects. Your strong knowledge of managing  projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to push the business forward through innovative and industry changing ideas. You will contribute to the development of project budgeting and scheduling and overseeing the strategy and execution through completion of construction. You will be focused on the client experience by providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Project Manager to join our team:

· Location: San Juan, Puerto Rico.

· Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

· Work model: On site

· Contract Type: Indefinite-term

As Project Manager you will direct and execute projects with the guidance and mentorship of Senior Project Manager

Program and project managementOversee and lead large, complex projectsWork closely with client user groups in coordinating their specific requirements.Demonstrate a focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.Proactively manage project-related issues and mitigate risks.Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technologies as required for assigned projects.Develop scope, budget, and schedule for assigned projects.Conduct and document meetings.Interact and negotiate with consultants and contractors.Prepare and update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financial controls.Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.Manage ground-up projects including programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting and construction managementAssemble and manage the required teams of consultants and contractors.

Required Qualifications :

2+ years of Experience as a Project ManagerBachelor's degree in Engineering or related sciences

Preferred Qualifications :

Additional certifications in Project Management
