Project Manager
As a Project Manager at GVR Australia, you will be at the forefront of managing customer projects, ensuring they are completed successfully and to the highest standards. Your role will involve collaborating, consulting, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts to implement business requirements and priorities. You will be responsible for delivering solutions that achieve agreed business outcomes, driving project success from inception to completion. **Key Responsibilities:** **End-to-End Project Management:** Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from estimation to completion and revenue generation. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, navigating through processes, documentation, analysis, system maintenance, purchasing materials, and governance requirements. **Stakeholder Management:** Act as the primary liaison for GVR Australia, engaging with customers, internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, and external councils/industrial bodies. Your goal is to ensure the successful completion of customer projects, delighting them with exceptional service and experiences. **Safety Ambassador:** Promote GVR Australia's safety culture, ensuring that safety is always a top priority and that everyone gets home safely. **Data, Reporting & Metrics:** Support the development and delivery of comprehensive reporting and analytics, including ad hoc reports as needed. **Safety Documentation:** Systematically create, update, and maintain all WHS and associated documentation, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Minimum 3- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager Background in building, construction, or installation sectors is advantageous Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget Strong prioritisation, time management, and resource allocation skills Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Confident in managing multiple stakeholders across all organisational levels Proficient with IT systems and quick to learn new technologies Self-managed, organised, and capable of multitasking effectively Strong commitment to safety and promoting a positive safety culture Gilbarco Veeder-Root (GVR) is the global leader of integrated Energy technology solutions.
