We’re happy to discuss flexible working hours, patterns, and locations to suit you and the business. **What You'll Be Doing** **Job Scope:** Generally responsible for performing all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering project assignments ensuring total delivery of the services on time, within performance budget and quality expectations. This work will be performed under minimal supervision. **Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:** Act as TAC for assigned Project MOC’s Responsible for working with the various Site disciplines during the project development phase Responsible for all aspects of project execution and ensuring the following: + The project is executed safely with no harm to people + The quality of work being executed + The project schedule is developed and accurate and tracking as per commitments + Cost control is managed and reported accurately Project Leadership + MOC, act as TAC + Ensure that project processes are followed in “fit for purpose” manner + Ensure MOC process is followed + Write project Investment Proposals + Ensure project SAP structure is set up accurately and costs are hitting the correct buckets within that structure + Coordinate design effort including model reviews + Coordinate field construction effort + Coordinate procedures updates + Coordinate Start-up assistance if required + Coordinate project controls + Ensure MOC is ready for field work to begin and is closed within the designated timeframe Project Execution + Work with Project Design engineers to develop project design. + Bid/Order all required project materials + Coordinate selection of installation contractor/s + Coordinate all field activities to meet project schedule + Work with Operations Specialist to provide information/data so they can produce operating procedures as required. + Assist with start-up Project Controls + Provide oversight for all required WBS elements and work orders required to control cost + Provide oversight for project time line + Provide oversight for cost estimates + Assist in training of new project engineers. + Assist with maintaining Engineered Records General Responsibilities HSE + Responsible for Safety of anyone working on projects + Routine safety field walks expected + Training as BBS observer required (Behavior Based Safety) + All projects shall be executed using good environmental stewardship. + Ensure safety plans are submitted and reviewed/approved by onsite safety group. **Ideal Background** **Education:** Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred. **Certification:** Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred. **Experience:** This position requires up to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and project management. + Knowledge of the Hargrove project execution procedures. + Knowledge and application of company business standards and good practices. + Knowledge and application of company engineering standards and project controls tools. + Demonstrated proficiency in complex project management. + Ability to lead a team to deliver on commitments. + A comprehensive understanding of the function of all engineering disciplines, procurement, and construction processes. + Ability to manage client relationships in complex situations. + Ability to relate easily to others in the business community such as customers, suppliers, contractors, government, professional and trade associations. + Ability to handle stress with poise. + Understanding of existing and potential customer needs and preferences. + Ability to delegate authority appropriately. + Ability to clearly communicate expectations and requirements to team members and to structure accountability. + Ability to set priorities. + Demonstrated leadership ability with team orientation. + Coaching and mentoring skills and experience. + Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written. + Excellent presentation skills. + Excellent leadership and organizational skills. + Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time. \#LI-BH1 **Hargrove Culture** We work to create an environment founded on trust, personal integrity, and a “team mentality” so that each person understands the value of their contributions both on a project and company-wide level.
