As Project Manager within our global commercial team, you’ll work on project basis for the Global Commercial Neurology Team, assigned to one or two brands or future therapeutic areas. You will be responsible for providing project management expertise and support the Global Brand Leads/Global Indication Leads/NPP leads such as, launch planning, brand planning, and strategic projects. You will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support and coordination on pre-defined projects.
Main responsibilities:
Pre-planning: define meeting objectives, tailor agenda topics, and ensure alignment with key stakeholders and strategic goalsMeeting and workshop coordination: manage calendar invites, coordination of logistics, post-meeting documentationSupport moderation of critical discussions: includes the utilization of on-line collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Miro or Mural BoardsDocument management: maintain, organize and update materials and templates in centralized systems (Brand Planning: Sanofi Brand Planning Templates; Launch Planning: IGNITE tool or other applicable systems; NPP: Portfolio Strategy Templates)Governance meetings or similar: As needed, assist Global Lead with preparation of materials for internal meetings such as Executive Launch Council (ELC) meetings, Launch Review (LR) meetings, brand plan presentation meetings or other governance meetingsPoint of contact & communications coordination with stakeholders: act as a central point of contact for above, including cross-functional and local stakeholdersEffective management of several projects in parallelPeople:
Seek alignment and follow-up proactively with team members and key stakeholders to ensure timely and quick transition between every project step in line with approved processes and corresponding SOPsSupport team initiatives and objectives, identify and recommend process improvements and other value-added initiativesProcess:
Develop strong understanding of the ways of working of commercial team and associated deliverables, meeting stakeholder expectations. Drive effective collaboration with stakeholders to understand their requirements and to propose solutions in-line with their expectations. Responsible for project planning, executing and closure on time, within scope, and according to plan within the requested quality specifications. Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business practices and corresponding SOPs to improve the project processes. Use broad knowledge of project management techniques and methods, and discernment to decide the most appropriate techniques and methods for each project. Support contract management with the establishment of contract with internal and external vendors. Drive project governance meetings with various stakeholders, vendors, logistics and digital team etc. and execute effective coordination to track and monitor the progress of the projects.Organizes logistical solutions according to the project needs.About you
Experience: College level education on engineering, marketing or business administration; 3 years of relevant experience with project management within pharmaceutical industry. Experience with Neurology therapeutic area a plus but non a necessity. Soft skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Technical skills: MS office (including Teams, SharePoint) and project management tools. Utilization of on-line collaboration tools.
