Project Manager Requisition ID: 41476 Job Location(s): Oragadam, IN **Job Description** Danfoss is looking for a Project Manager to lead our Electrical Panel Design Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and team leadership. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. **Job Responsibilities** Your main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to: + Project Leader for Order to Remittance stage of the Project. + Understand the requirements from customer specifications, technical data sheet and other tender documents. + Should be aware about IEC and other related standards for electrical design. + Should be aware about local electricity regulation. + Support the team for electrical circuits and mechanical fabrications drawings. + Ensure the design details and all submittals are right in quality and as per Danfoss standards and recommendations. + Design & drawings standardization for electrical & mechanical schematics which will lead to faster deliverables. + Discussion with customer for collection of input data, design approval and visit to customer place for technical reviews & approvals. + Co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders, make a detailed plan to accomplish the goals and technical activities. + Will be involved in Pre-sales on need to need basis. + Will be involved from time PO received till the Project is executed and commissioning. + Create and maintain project schedule and keep customer updated **Background & Skills** The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: + Engineering graduate in electrical & electronics. + 8-10 years’ combined experience in electrical engineering design, commissioning and project management. + Should have good & sound experience in VFD schematics, PLC schematics, MCC & PCC feeders design, IEC Standards. + Experience in Project management + Take ownership and work towards customer centric and deliverables. + Motivate the team members and works cross functional within team. + Pressure handling capability + Proactive approach **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
