Oversee the end-to-end execution of client projects with precision and excellence.

As a project manager at Gallup, you’ll lead client projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and an exceptional client experience. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to be self-directed and proactive will be essential to your success in this role. What you’ll do:

Manage timelines, scope and risks to ensure seamless project delivery Coordinate schedules, materials, event setups and other tasks with internal and external stakeholders Communicate frequently with clients and internal partners to align on priorities and deliverables Design and implement efficient systems and processes to enhance productivity and client satisfaction

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree required At least two years of executive administration, event or project coordination, or project management experience required The ability to work at the Singapore office at least four days per week required Fluency in English required Eligibility to work in Singapore required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
