Project Manager


Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) and Mendix. Experience in the Medical Devices domain is a plus. This is a hybrid role with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing and delivering projects that align with our companys goals and objectives.


Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Oversee the development and execution of project plans including scope schedule and resource allocation.Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring clear communication and collaboration.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Utilize Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tools to track project performance and report on key metrics.Implement Mendix solutions to streamline project workflows and improve efficiency.Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and outcomes.Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress address issues and ensure alignment with project goals.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports risk logs and change requests.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project deliverables into the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on Portfolio and Project Management (PPM).Demonstrate proficiency in using Mendix for project management and workflow automation.Have experience in the Medical Devices domain which is considered a plus.Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.Show a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.Display excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Possess strong organizational and time management skills.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges.

PMP Certification Mendix Certification Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
