SUMMARY
Stampede Ventures, Inc., a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to manage and supervise federal construction projects at Tinker AFB, OK. Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope, managing resources, and supervising personnel. Project managers should have a background in business skills, construction management, budgeting and analysis. Project Manager will report to Stampede Ventures, Inc. Senior Project Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management and quality control to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationAttend, facilitate, coordinate all required meetings and progress updatesEnforcing vendor and subcontractor contracts within the context of the projectProviding onsite project oversight and leadership of quality control and risk mitigationQUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION

Required (Minimum) Qualifications
Proven working experience as a project manager for similar size and complexity projectsExperience enforcing and complying to quality standards set forth in government documentation, plans, and specificationsSolid construction background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the fieldExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics

Must be able to hear radio transmissions, see equipment and gauges, stand for long periods of time and lift up to 60 lbs.

The job is performed on an active construction site, with exposure to extreme cold and hot temperatures, working outdoors and in confined spaces.

As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain the appropriate clearance levels required and be able to obtain access to military installations.
