Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to create products, systems, services, or technologies for ABB’s business units. Each day, you will facilitate the end-to-end execution of one or more Research and Development projects. You will also showcase your expertise by achieving associated milestones, targets, and desired outcomes. The work model for the role is hybrid #Linkedin This role is contributing to the ELDS team You will be mainly accountable for:•\tMonitoring and controlling progress on the plan to ensure achievement of commitments and targeted milestones.•\tIdentifying and managing interdependencies between projects and project-level constraints to realize specified benefits.•\tEnsuring the team understands customer value in the projects, ensures customer satisfaction, and manages stakeholder expectations.•\tEngaging stakeholders in defining customer value and integrating feedback into activities.
Qualifications for the role\t5+ Years Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent field.\tDomain Experience: Proven experience in software and hardware product development within the Power Systems domain.\tProject Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively.\tProject Metrics & Measures: Strong experience in defining and tracking project metrics to ensure successful project outcomes.\tTeam Leadership: Experience leading and managing a team of at least 5 members.\tMethodology Expertise: Hands-on experience with both Gate and Agile project management models, ensuring flexibility and structured project execution.
