Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our successfully growing team in Richmond, Virginia. Our office is based in Winchester, but we support projects in Richmond. We are a general contractor that performs high-level commercial work, specializing in healthcare, schools, education, and senior living facilities. All projects are commercial and Basebuild.
ResponsibilitiesManage commercial construction projects from inception to completion.Coordinate with subcontractors, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.Handle scheduling using P6 software.Ensure compliance with OSHA30, first aid, and CPR certifications.Supervise project budgets ranging from $15 million to $70 million.Oversee project progress and ensure work aligns with client expectations.Essential Skills5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with at least 4 years as a full Project Manager.Experience in healthcare, K-12 school construction, higher education, and senior living facilities.Proficiency in commercial construction management and project coordination.Experience with budgeting, scheduling (P6), and dealing with subcontractors.Certifications in OSHA30, first aid, and CPR.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience managing large-scale projects between $15 million and $70 million.Strong background in healthcare, education, and senior living construction.Work Environment
The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, high places, and outdoor weather conditions. The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $135000.00
