Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with strong experience in general contracting to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a leadership role while working closely with a seasoned Sr. Project Manager in a dynamic and passionate environment. This opportunity is with a general contractor who is known to thrive in success and has a great work life balance.

ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee commercial interior and ground-up projects from inception to completion.Coordinate all trades and ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to.Supervise and collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed on-site.Essential Skills5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.Proven experience in managing commercial interiors and ground-up projects.Strong experience in working on commercial offices, or similar commercial projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work in a high-paced, blue-collar environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00
