Function Description:
Plans, monitors and manages external client projects from initiation to completion. Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes. Manages projects to ensure client satisfaction and to meet contractual obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes.
