Field Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources in order to accomplish all project goalsEnsuring compliance to relevant cyber security regulations, standards, and contractual requirementsSupporting local Sales and Tendering through early involvement in tendersMonitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses, and cash flowIdentifying, qualifying, quantifying and managing project risks and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursuedEnsuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreementsSupporting Procurement and Logistics in supplier negotiations, claims and project changesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders

Qualifications for the role

University Degree or above (Electric or mechanic background is preferred)At least 5 years experience of Project Manager or product engineering or sales experience is mandatory.MV/LV Switchgear knowledge, in addition transformer and/or eHouse experience will be preferredA collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skillsAbility to work in a multinational environment and in a matrix organizationFluency in English language both in written and oral, Japanese speaking is considered as a plusFlexibility in travelling within the specified area/country
