Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage engineering and technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.Interface with internal and external stakeholders to allocate resources effectively.Deliver projects within the original cost estimates, managing schedules, budgets, and integration of NPI and/or requisition projects.Influence projects to meet customer Critical to Quality (CTQ) requirements and achieve tollgate milestones.Develop in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, leveraging prior experience and technical expertise to execute policies and strategies.Understand key business drivers and integrate team efforts to contribute to overall business objectives.Exercise judgment to propose solutions within set parameters, with guidance as needed.Utilize technical skills and analytical thinking to solve problems, often collaborating with multiple internal sources.Provide informal guidance to new team members and potentially lead a small team, hiring and developing talent.Qualifications:
Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology and Project Management.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.Desired Characteristics:
