Hire Resolve’s client, an engineering consulting company, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Pretoria or Johannesburg. 

Responsibilities: Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between engineers, designers, and contractors. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Coordinate procurement processes, including vendor selection and materials acquisition. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, addressing concerns and providing regular updates. Ensure seamless handover of completed projects and manage after-service support. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing large-scale engineering projects, preferably within the mining, industrial, or energy sectors. Strong knowledge of EPCM/EPCS methodologies and tools. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with South African regulations and global best practices in construction and engineering. PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous. Benefits:
