Complete Description:
Under administrative direction, develops and leads, change management, and release management (CCB) processes; develops, implements, and oversees processes, utilizing information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) best practices.
CHARACTERISTIC JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May include any and/or all of the following:
Manages the overall enterprise CCB processes; facilitates process improvement through the effective use of ITIL best practices; identifies opportunities and prioritizes continuous improvement initiatives for CCB management processes.
Collaborates with the project management office to ensure two-way communication pertaining to project and change requests.
Assures the integrity and reliability of information systems; produces, analyzes and distributes meaningful reports for the Change Control Board pertaining to enterprise CCB processes and identifies areas of improvement.
Maintains effective communications with ITS all business units to assure that CCB processes and procedures meet current and future requirements; ensures adherence to enterprise CCB procedures and policies to create repeatable and predictable results. Also performs other duties as assigned.
Must be ITIL and PMP certified
