Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our successfully growing team in Richmond, Virginia. Although our office is based out of Winchester, we support projects in Richmond. We are a general contractor specializing in commercial work, particularly in healthcare, schools, education, and senior living facilities. All projects are commercial basebuilds.

ResponsibilitiesOversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project specifications.Ensure all safety standards are met, including OSHA30, first aid, and CPR certifications.Handle projects ranging between $15 million and $70 million.Utilize P6 for scheduling and project coordination.Essential Skills5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.Minimum of 4 years as a full-on Project Manager, not just Assistant Project Manager.OSHA30, first aid, and CPR certifications.Experience managing large-scale projects between $15 million and $70 million.Proficiency in dealing with subcontractors, scheduling (using P6), and budgeting.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in healthcare construction.Experience in K-12 school construction.Experience in higher education and senior living facility construction.Work Environment

The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, high and precarious places, and outside weather conditions. Occasionally, you may encounter wet or humid conditions, fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, extreme cold or heat, risk of electrical shock, radiation, and vibration.
