Description Job Title: Project Manager Salary: $80k Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and ultra-organized Project Manager to serve as the key liaison between our clients and the Creative/Production team. In this role, you will manage various projects, including scheduling, estimating, obtaining job details, tracking progress, and invoicing. You will ensure account satisfaction and service excellence by executing and optimizing Creative Services projects. Your responsibilities will also include assessing marketing needs, determining goals, coordinating projects, and resolving issues. Key Responsibilities: + Manage the day-to-day execution of Creative Services projects. + Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals. + Identify and develop solutions for complex problems. + Communicate effectively and courteously with stakeholders. + Mentor junior team members on tools and systems. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 5-7 years of applicable work experience. + Experience in print, retail, store signage, or display is preferred. + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Windows, MAC, and other technical tools. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style for different audiences.
