Project Manager
Description Project Manager - Remote We are seeking a Project Manager to join our client's fully remote project team. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments within large companies, primarily legal departments, to compile reports. The Project Manager will oversee the design layout of reports and manage necessary changes and edits. This position requires exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail. It is a long-term contract opportunity and fully remote, with flexible work hours across any time zone. Responsibilities: + Collaborate with departments: Work closely with legal teams, corporate secretaries, and staff attorneys to compile reports. + Oversee report design: Manage the large-scale design of reports, ensuring layouts meet client expectations. + Edit and update reports: Make necessary edits using layout tools such as InDesign, Workiva, or proprietary software. + Task management: Submit work orders for corrections, proof reports, and communicate revisions with internal teams. + Client communication: Communicate with clients primarily via email (and occasionally via phone) to address and resolve any issues. + Process adherence: Follow detailed, step-by-step processes to ensure accuracy and maintain quality control. + Customer account management: Monitor customer accounts, process applications accurately, and maintain customer records. + Issue resolution: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner. Requirements Required Skills & Experience: + Proficiency in Atlassian Jira: Strong knowledge of managing tasks and workflows through Jira. + Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with various cloud-based solutions. + CRM Systems: Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. + ERP Systems: Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. + IBM Tools & Software: Proficiency in IBM's suite of tools. + Report Layout Tools: Expertise in using InDesign, Workiva, or proprietary layout tools for large-scale reports. + Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile Scrum and its implementation. + Budget & Financial Planning: Experience in budget processes and financial planning. + Written Communication: Exceptional communication skills, particularly written, for client-facing roles. + Construction Industry: Experience or understanding of the construction industry is preferred. Additional Qualifications: + Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to quality control in all tasks. + Client Communication: Ability to manage and maintain effective client communications.
