Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager -MPP (Microsoft Project Plan) with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CX-Project Management and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). This role requires excellent communication skills in English and offers a hybrid work model with no travel requirements. Experience in Industrial Manufacturing or the Automotive Industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Proficient in managing project plan using MPP (Microsoft Project Plan) Oversee project planning scheduling and budgeting to ensure efficient resource allocation. Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment. Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as necessary. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans. Utilize CX-Project Management methodologies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Implement Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) best practices to optimize project outcomes. Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate project meetings and workshops to foster collaboration and problem-solving. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to promote professional growth. Collaborate with the Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive Industry teams to leverage domain expertise.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field. Have 8 to 10 years of experience in project management. Demonstrate expertise in CX-Project Management and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and verbal. Show experience in Industrial Manufacturing or the Automotive Industry is a plus. Display proficiency in project management tools and software. Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Possess strong leadership and team collaboration skills. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Show ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

Certifications Required

PMP (Project Management Professional) PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
