Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Detailed Job Description: Seeking a senior level Project Manager who has experience in managing software project initiatives, with some experience with large business and/or school systems. Understanding the processes and agile methodologies are a plus for the applicant. Under limited supervision, manages projects through the full life cycle from project definition and approval to implementation and evaluation of all project deliverables, to project closure. Create a collaborative partnership with all internal and external team members to accomplish the deliverables within the timeframes and budgets defined. Lead project teams and work closely with managers responsible for business and student software applications. Knowledge of standard PM tools such as Project Online or Pro, Asana, SharePoint, Visio, Office 365 Suite, etc., to share project plans and manage overall communication with stakeholders. Exceptional at documentation, tracking and monitoring a budget. Knowledge of district - wide and/or company-wide implementations. Have some knowledge and/or experience with rollouts that include IT end-user devices, infrastructure projects, and IT components in construction projects (new builds and renovations). Prepare detailed project plan for all phases of the project. Report weekly on project success, criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities, to include project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks/issues. Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
