Overview

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our client’s team in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage civil and building structure projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders. Mentor and supervise junior engineers and project staff. Manage procurement of materials and services as needed. Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control throughout project phases.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Registered with SACPMP. Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) certification. Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil structures and building structures. Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
