Project Manager
**Overview** The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of five buildings ensuring facility meets ABM standards, supervise staff, manage budgets, conserve client relationship and create new business. The Project Manager will report the Sr. District Manager. **Pay:** $65,000 - $70,000 annually The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2024 Employee Benefits | Staff & Management (https://www.abm.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/2024-Recruitment-Staff-Mgmt-11.6.23.pdf) **Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include:** + Perform quality inspections of all buildings + Coordinate janitorial services for buildings + Order and distribute equipment & supplies + Manage and train all route supervisors + Manage cleaning crew, payroll and budget for area. + Train employees as needed. + Conduct monthly safety training with staff + Attend relevant ABM meetings and training + Provide exceptional service to clients + Provide opportunities for new business by selling jobs/tags + Attend building emergencies (i.e. floods, snow etc.) + Adhere to ABM Hiring Practices + Manage area and payroll budget + Drive between buildings **Qualifications & Experience:** + Minimum 2 years experience as an Operational Manager in the Janitorial Industry + Efficient in Microsoft word, excel and basic computer skills + Fluent in English, both verbal and written + Ability to pass background check, handle multiple projects + Must have reliable transportation and a good driving record + Must be available in the day and evening in order to manage shift staff + Spanish a plus.
