You Are:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the development and launch of multiple new products globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Previous experience Local candidates based near Skillman, NJ, or Summit, NJ are highly preferred.

 

The opportunity:

·       Hybrid-In office/remote

·       Lead and manage global product development and launch projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budget.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including, R&D, supply chain, regulatory, and quality assurance to ensure seamless project execution.

·       Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk assessments.

·       Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

·       Coordinate with international teams to ensure alignment on product launch strategies and compliance with global regulations.

·       Conduct post-launch evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.

·       Facilitate clear communication and foster collaboration across departments and with external partners.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.

·       5+ years of project management experience, preferably within the consumer health, pharmaceutical, or related industries.

·       Experience managing global projects with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.

·       Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.

·       Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).

·       Local candidates based near Skillman, NJ or Summit, NJ are strongly preferred.                                                                                                                                

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: New Jersey

Compensation Range:   $96,000-$144,000

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
