Responsibilities The Project Manager oversees the budgeting, planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short and long-term projects of varying degrees to include the main campus and all outside entities or prospective locations. This position reports directly to the Director of Facility Services, works closely with other Facility Managers in the areas of Clinical Engineering, Construction, Landscape, and Maintenance. The Project Manager works closely with Legal and Accounting and coordinates with other business leaders as stakeholders in projects. This position will also lead process improvement and growth efforts. Will act as the owner’s representative, gather information from stakeholders, regulatory and compliance standards and agencies to drive project goals, scope and ensure completion. Qualifications Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED is Required University Degree in a related subject 5+ years project management experience. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes with competing priorities and interests, preferably with $20 million+ project scope combined Experience in all aspects of construction project management including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost accounting, project timelines, plan verification, site inspections, regulatory compliance, project presentations. PMP, PE, or Similar Preferred Job Requirements: Healthcare experience is preferred B.S. Degree or higher preferred with background in engineering, architecture, or business management preferred.
