Project Manager

Responsibilities:Manage multiple projects within a project-based delivery modelMaintain all project related documentation, including project plans, process flows/VSM’s, resource requirements and business casesCommunicate project progress and facilitate project-related meetings to meet deliverables; Escalate quickly as necessaryManage change management with all stakeholders – internal and externalServe as the single point of contact and be accountable for all project related activities & requestsDeliver projects on time and on budget with quality solutionsOffer solutions for improving our tools and processesBuild rapport with project team and customer stakeholdersAnticipate internal and external challengesSuccessfully transfer knowledge to other relevant internal teams as well as provide support as neededLeverage technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business resultsTrack and report project financials (budgeted vs actual) for allocated resource hours and billingsOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or universityMinimum 2 years of project management experience, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required)Ability to travel up to 20% (domestically)Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:Ability to understand technical and non-technical details and bridge the knowledge gap between your business and technical teamsSolves problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents Work and/or project experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or LogisticsEffective and flexible communication skills: strong listener with strong facilitation skills and the ability to tell the story and connect to your audienceAbility to organize, design, develop and deliver projects for internal and external audiences at all levelsAbility to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts internally and externally at all levelsExperience working and thriving in a continuous improvement environmentExperience and comfort in dealing with ambiguity and able to deliver with minimal oversightExperience working directly with customersProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsExperience with lean processes and toolsValues a diverse and inclusive work environment
